FAQ's

1. How much does postage cost? 

Our postage pricing is based off size and weight of the total purchases combined. We have four different prices for postage fees, and they range from $5.00 to $15, depending whether your address is rural or standard. Postage fees will be calculated in the checkout screen. All of our items are sent out in plastic free or compostable packaging! 

We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Do you give refunds or exchanges?

We will happily refund or exchange any faulty items, within a reasonable time frame of the date you received it. However, we do not issue any form of refund or exchange, for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If you have any questions about a product before you make a purchase, please email us.

3. How can I set up a layby or afterpay?

We do not currently have a layby or afterpay system in place. Please email us if you would like to be notified when this option becomes available.

4. I'd like to get my old candles refilled, how does this work?

We can refill any candle holder you have, with soy wax & a range of fragrances. Refills cost $5 per 100mls, and an extra $2 if you would like it adorned with crystals. All you need to do is fill out our form and we will email you back with where to post your candle vessels. Once your vessels arrive, it can take up to 3 working days to make your order, then we will email you with tracking details when we send it back to you.

Please make sure all breakables are wrapped thoroughly before posting! We do not accept liability if your vessel arrives to us broken. We also advise to use tracking, so we can keep an eye on your parcel once you have sent it to us.

5. Are your candles natural and phthalate free? 

All of our candles are made with 100% soy wax, and soy/cotton wicks. We have two options of fragrances: 100% pure organic essential oils, or phthalate free fragrance oils.
If you purchase a candle made with essential oils, it will be 100% natural. However, if you choose a phthalate free fragrance, it is not certified natural, but is derived from natural ingredients.

6. Can I combine postage for clothing, candles and cosmetics?

Postage for clothing and candles is combined at the checkout. When you order any of our makeup or skincare range, this product is delivered to you from our warehouse in Auckland (we are based in Wellington), so unfortunately, we cannot combine shipping with other items when you purchase from our skincare range.
